Best of Minnesota voting rules

How Best of Minnesota voting works: one vote per verified e-mail per contest, votes can be changed but never stacked, suspicious votes are reviewed and removed, winners need a minimum number of valid votes, and results are community opinion, not a guarantee of quality.
